COVID-19 - How does it affect me and me?

Much is happening in Denmark and the world at the moment due to the COVID-19 virus. Many contries have closed their borders, schools, restaurants and stores and the everyday life has in generel changed from what we are used to.

How does this affect me?

We still have lots of home seekers looking for a new home, so you are still able to find a roommate or tenant.

We urge you to consider the Danish Government’s guidelines for behaviour, so you nor the homes seekers risk any infection of the virus.

What to do?

You can make an ad for your home and get in touch with the home seekers as normally. Nothing has changed here. That’s the beauty of an online portal

For viewings of your place we suggest:

- Online viewing. Instead of having a viewing of your place face to face, arrange a skype meeting where you show the home seeker the room or apartment.
- Keep your distance. If you arrange a meeting face to face at the apartment, make sure to always keep a 1-2 meters distance to each other. Don’t make physical contact.
- Walk and talk. An alternative to the two options above is to have a viewing of the room and apartment online through skype and then you can afterwards meet face to face in the nature for a walk so you can get to know each other better. Naturally still keep your distance!

So you can rent out your room or apartment as always!

Please notice if you are in contact with home seekers outside of the Danish borders. Due to the closed borders they could have a difficult time getting into the country as things are now. We have also explained this to the home seekers so they are aware of the situation.
