You can unsubscribe the membership by doing this:

Click ‘Settings’ in the topbar (under your name/username)
Scroll down to the bottom of settings and click on "My Premium"
Click the ‘Unsubscribe Premium' button to unsubscribe

When you have unsubscribed the membership, you receive an e-mail confirming the membership has been unsubscribed.

Even though you unsubscribe the membership before it expires, you can still use it the for the remaining days as you paid for.

If you want to contact the landlords, you have to be a Premium member.
Your can get a 7 days for 149 DKK. After the the 7 days the membership is renewed for 7 days for 149 DKK unless you unsubscribe before the end of the trial. You can also upgrade to 28 days for 349 DKK. After the the 28 days the membership is renewed for 28 days for 349 DKK

Signing up for the trial you also sign up for automatical renewal of the membership. So it is important to remember to unsubscribe the membership when no longer needed.

Deactivate your profile

You deactivate your profile this way:

Click ‘Settings’ in the topbar (under your name/username)
Scroll down to account settings. Below "password" you'll find the text "Deactivate your findroommate profile"
Click the ‘Delete profile' text to deactivate your profile.

If you ever need the profile again, just log in and it will reactive automatically.

When you deactivate your profile, any active Premium membership will also be deactivated, so it won't continue in the future.

Weak application
The most typical error we see is a weak application send to the landlords. It is in the application you have to show who you are and why you would be a good choice for roommate.

We often see users writing simple messages such as "Hi, is the room still vacant?" or "Hi, I am interested. Can I come and see the room?".
With such a message, only very few would receive an answer from the landlords. The message is simply too impersonal and lacks information.
A good application should be personal and should therefore include information about yourself so the landlords can create an impression of who you are and why you perhaps is the obvious choice for roommate.

2. Standard application
The copy/paste message is yet a classic.
It can take a lot of time to write a good message, so why not just copy the one you have just written and use it for all applications?
But this is a no go.

How do I close my ad?

When you have found a new tenant, you have to close your ad, so you won't continue receiving messages from home seekers.
You do this in settings > apartment information. Click on the yellow 'The room is no longer available' as shown on the picture.
